Encores and More: Become a Consignor


Please get your consignor number early, cleaning and tagging your items will take some time!

Use the link below to receive your consignor number immediately (you can use this number for either the children's sale and/or the adult sale).  You must get a new number each sale. Check the Dates and Times page for drop-off details.

  • Save time at drop-off!  Print your tags on your computer at home, complete with bar code, consignor number, and price. After you get your number, please go the Print Your Tags page.  Just fill in your consignor info and a PDF form will pop up which you can print on your printer.  This will not only make drop-off much quicker, but it will drastically reduce the margin of human error in making your bar codes.  The bar code is THE way you get paid, so printing it yourself is the most important thing you can do to be sure you are properly paid for your items.
  • You must bring a minimum of 15 acceptable items. Please thoroughly read the guidelines listed on the Tagging page and General Information pages (better yet, print them, especially if you don't have a flyer!) You will receive 70% of the selling price. There will be a $12 participant's fee deducted from your total earnings. Checks will be mailed August 10th.
  • You will get two presale passes.  One for 5:00pm when the presale will be open to contributors ONLY. The other may be used at 8pm for your guest. One adult per pass. NO CHILDREN UNDER AGE 10 AT THE PRESALE PLEASE. Be sure to bring their measurements with you!

Running simultaneous sales will be very convenient for drop-off and pick-up, but there will be an important addition to your tagging.  All adult/home décor items must have the letter “A” at the end of the consignor number. 
Example: kids item = 202, adult item = 202A

    If the drop-down menu on the appointment page is empty, the appointments are all filled. Please check back for cancellations or if you'd like to be worked into our schedule, please call 587-4619.  Please note for all work-ins, there will be a wait.

 When you drop-off, your items will be inspected to make sure they meet our criteria. You will put bar codes on your large items and clothing at this time, so please allow plenty of time for this process. (If you want to speed up the drop-off process, separate your items by those which will go half price and those which won't go half price.) Also, again to save time at drop-off, please bring your non-hanging items in disposable containers such as boxes or bags that you can leave with us instead of plastic containers which are time-consuming to empty.  Please put shoes in a separate container from your other items so we can look through them quickly.
