Click here to Log-In or Register
Please look at Bar Code Pictures Below!
- If you are a new consignor, use the Create User Account button.
- If you are a returning user, please use the Register Here button and log in with your previous user id and password. Your previous consignor number will show up in your account page. If you can’t remember your log-in information, there is a link on the Register Here page with which you can retrieve your info. On your account page, please be sure your email address is correct.
- We recommend you also register this number on our Adult/Home Décor Site. Click here for instructions.
- Please be sure you are in the correct tagging page by looking at the top banner. It should say South for children's or Adult/Home Decor in the Pink box. Once you are entering your tags, the categories should have children's sizes if you are in the children's sale registration or adult sizes if you are in the adult sale registration. If you are in the wrong registration page and print incorrect tags, you will have to retag your items!!
- Once you've registered, you will find several tutorials listed under the "Manage Inventory" tab. Please browse through those to refresh your memory! There is a nice printing explanation on the Print Tags page, so please read that before printing your first page of tags. Be sure your printer is set to Draft printing, you do not want to use dark ink. Once you have printed one page, please compare your tags to the pictures below to be sure your tags will scan. It is important that the bar codes scan properly. That is how you get paid!
- The system remembers your previous entries
- Simply type one letter in the drop-down box and it will go to that letter
- Please type very precise descriptions so we can match a lost tag to your item should it become separated. Please include the brand name, color, type, number of pieces, and any other info that helps identify the item. Example: Gap Navy striped Sweater w/brown cord. pants.
- See below for examples of bar codes. Once you have printed one page, please compare your tags to the pictures below to be sure your tags will scan.

:
Bad Bar code with Line through It – will not scan

- You may notice your tags have a new set of letters, A3 for example. This is a code that will help us with sorting after the sale is over, so you can ignore it.
- Please do not make copies of your tags. Each item needs a unique item number.
- We can no longer accept hand-written cards. If you have just a couple, that’s okay, but not your entire inventory. If you are new to printing computer tags, click here for more info. You can leave the description area blank and fill that in by hand if you wish; however, if you do that, we will not be able to search the database for your item should the tag become separated from the item.
- You will be happy to know that you do NOT have to scan every item in at Check-in. We do not keep an inventory for each individual consignor.
- If you need more than one consignor number: The system operates on emails and user IDs. You will need to create a different user ID. Each consignor number requires a unique email address, so just add ENC to the beginning of your email address. That way the system will allow you to get another number and since your email will be bogus, you won’t get duplicate emails from us.
You may change your email at any time once registered and of course you are free to use a second valid email if you want to. You will receive emails for that second address also. User IDs cannot be changed.
- Standard maintenance for the registration site is every day from 5:50am – 6:30am
