Drop-off Dates
Please bring a stamped, self-addressed
envelope to drop-off!
This time we will be located at 7105 Moores Lanes in the former Cresent furniture store behind Barnes and Noble in Cool Springs. This may be our best location ever, a modern retail space with air conditioning located in the heart of Cool Springs!
We have two drop-off options:
General, where you can come anytime during the hours given or Appointment, where you choose a specific time to drop off. Adult/Home Decor items may be dropped off at the same time for all days.
General Dates - No appointment necessary:

Sunday, July 19 Noon - 6 pm This is our busiest day!
If the drop-down menu on the appointment page is empty, the appointments are all filled. Please check back for cancellations or if you'd like to be worked into our schedule, please email info@encoresandmore.com. Please note for all work-ins, there will be a wait.

You will need to hang your clothes in the correct sizes at drop-off. To avoid waiting in line for bar codes, please click here for our new online tag form. You can print your tags (with all your info including the bar code) on your computer at home! If you choose to hand-write your tags, please keep a tally sheet with the number of barcode labels needed for each price increment for your clothing and bring it with you to drop-off.
If you don't print your tags, then you will get bar codes for your tags at drop-off, so please allow plenty of time. (If you want to speed up the bar coding process, separate your items by those which will go half price and those which won't go half price.)
Also, again to save time at drop-off, please bring your non-hanging items in disposable containers such as boxes or bags that you can leave with us instead of plastic containers which are time-consuming to empty.
We will mail your check in the SASE envelope which you will bring to drop-off.
Pick - Up Dates
Sunday, August 2 11am - 2pm
All items must be picked up Sunday, August 2 by 2:00pm. Please make arrangements with a friend or relative to pick-up if you cannot come Sunday. After that time, items left will be donated.
Checks for both the children's and adult sales will be mailed Aug. 16th.
