Requirements for Second Check in:

Sunday, July 25 from 1pm – 5pm and also on Monday, July 26 from 11am – 5pm.

  • Any Adult Sale Items – follow regular drop-off guidelines
  • Any Toys – follow regular drop-off guidelines – no shoes, books, or videos
  • Boys Clothing – sizes newborn to 8    Girls Clothing – sizes 24ms to 6
  • All items must be discounted – exceptions may be made for large ticket items, please ask us
  • Everything must be tagged using our online computer tags

Please get your consignor number early, cleaning and tagging your items will take some time!

Use the link below to receive your consignor number immediately (you can use this number for either the children's sale and/or the adult sale). You must get a new number each sale. Check the Dates and Times page for drop-off details.

•Save time at drop-off! Print your tags on your computer at home, complete with bar code, consignor number, and price. After you get your number, please go the Print Your Tags page. Just fill in your consignor info and a form will pop up which you can print on your printer. This will not only make drop-off much quicker, but it will drastically reduce the margin of human error in making your bar codes. The bar code is THE way you get paid, so printing it yourself is the most important thing you can do to be sure you are properly paid for your items.

You must bring a minimum of 15 acceptable items. Please thoroughly read the guidelines listed on the Tagging page and General Information pages (better yet, print them!) You will receive 70% of the selling price. There will be a $14 participant's fee deducted from your total earnings. Checks will be mailed August 15.

•You will get two presale passes. One for 5:00pm when the presale will be open to contributors ONLY. The other may be used at 8pm for your guest. One adult per pass. NO CHILDREN UNDER AGE 10 AT THE PRESALE PLEASE. Be sure to bring their measurements with you!

•If at all possible, please do not bring purses or diaper bags into the sale building with you (tuck your credit card and ID in your pocket!) If you choose to bring these types of items in, please do not be offended when your bag is searched as you leave the building.

Running simultaneous sales will be very convenient for drop-off and pick-up, but there will be an important addition to your tagging. All adult/home décor items must have the letter “A” at the end of the consignor number.
Example: kids item = 202, adult item = 202A

Please keep your appt or cancel the week before, call 587-4619! There are always those who really need an appt and many others who are no shows!  There will be a $10 charge for missing your appointment.

When you drop-off, your items will be inspected to make sure they meet our criteria. You will put bar codes on your large items (and clothing, if you don't use computer cards) at this time, so please allow plenty of time for this process. Also, please bring your non-hanging items in disposable containers such as boxes or bags that you can leave with us instead of plastic containers which are time-consuming to empty. Please put shoes and adult items in a separate container from your other items so we can look through them quickly.
